Traveltools allows you to make custom event maps using subsets of your databases. For example, you may wish to make a map of a film series that is comprised of 15 unique movie venues. You may wish to add a few restaurants or local water holes around the theaters as well. All this can happen in a matter of minutes since you are simply selecting what is already there and adding it to a blank map template.
Coupons and other printables
Attendees can download coupons, hotdeals, menus, fliers and anything else that you feel are necessary for your events. We deliver downloads and/or coupons from your events web page or via QR-codes at the your convention or event venue. Either way, these opportunities are money-making advertisements and materials that enhance attendee experiences
Custom event map itineraries
What’s a trip without an itinerary? Fortunately, you won’t have to find out. TravelTools builds itineraries and sends them to your visitors as CMS-driven e-newsletters with embedded custom event itinerary maps. Imagine visitors walking down your streets being guided at every turn by a custom map that they are reading on their iPhone or iPad.
We link your events to maps. By adding events to maps, your visitors see what’s happening and where. They will also see everything that is happening nearby.
Create custom Google maps for your registration packages. On those maps, place locations like airports, hotels, events venues, and POIs that interest your attendees. For example, if your event supports runners, add sporting goods stores, health food restaurants, and jogging paths. Best of all, you own the map and you can use recycle it as many times as you please and send new versions to your local event planner and managers.
We do print maps and convention center floor plans
Check out our print portfolio. We have a 35 year history of working with the largest publishers and DMOs in the world.
Content management system for your events and conventions
We are available to design and code a custom events package for your organization. While we prefer Django, we work just as quickly in WordPress or Drupal. Once you have an organizational template, you’ll be surprised at how fast you can clone it to support your current and upcoming events.
New things happening daily
People who work with Python and Django liken the experience to playing in a sandbox. Anything can happen. Django’s primary goal is to ease the creation of complex, database-driven websites. What this means is that we don’t have to spend our time figuring out how to make things work. Just tell us what you need and we’ll make it happen.
Profit-sharing and event monetization
Your publications—coupled with your attendee database—are incredibly valuable assets supporting a new paradigm in point-of-presence advertising. Our system links to hotel, auto, and transportation reservation engines. Each reservation made through our system generates a commission which we gladly share with you.
